Our gym home is located inside the Valvoline World Headquarters! We are so blessed to share a home with our partner Valvoline.
We work everyday to create a welcoming state-of-the-art environment that allows our coaches to push you pass your expectations while continuing to perfect our passion!

CSS Wellness has become my home! I have never felt as comfortable in a gym as I feel here. The trainers are extremely professional and talented and encouraging! I never feel defeated! I am challenged and pushed to do my best and all of my goals are celebrated by my trainers! The small group training is perfect for partnership and encouragement. You still get one on one personal attention and expertise in each session! No two workouts are the same, you always walk in and experience something new! The facilities are absolutely beautiful with tons of equipment and it’s never overly crowded. I feel like I’m working out at a spa!
